About the owner...

Our President, Augusto P. Tugade, a citizen of Canada, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He incorporated, established and operated his own company while in the Middle East, from February 1985 until October 2005.  He was appointed as an Honorary Investment and Trade Representative of the Philippine Government for the Middle East from 1999 to 2004. He is currently a member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, the Canadian Meat Council in Canada and Canada Pork International.

He pioneered the import of Philippine fruit concentrates and purees in aseptic bags for Manufacturer's needs in the Middle East and exported chilled  Yellow fin Tuna to Japan's Tsukiji Market. 

He also provided logitics services for camp and construction site requirements of major oil refinery projects undertaken by International Japanese Construction Companies in the Persian Gulf as well as providing skilled Filipino work force such as Welders, Electricians, Painters and Engineers from 1985 until 2005. 

When he immigrated to Canada in 2006, he incorporated and established Arvin Arman Canada Inc. and guided it into the export of farmed Atlantic Salmon to Japan's Tsukiji Market. He also added the export of Canadian frozen & pickled beef & pork for Client's needs in other parts of the world as well as supplying general Unskilled/Skilled Temporary Foreign Workers required by Canadian Employers in Alberta, Canada.
